Frank MUBANGIZI is a private lawyer of eight years of experience. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the National University of Rwanda in 1999, he is a member of the Rwanda Bar Association and has been in Private Law Practice since early 2007.
He is a partner at Kigali Allied Advocates. Prior to joining the Law firm Frank MUBANGIZI worked with the Ministry of Justice in Legislation department in 1999 and later became a Public prosecutor for a period of six years. Frank also worked with United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUNSTA) as a judicial affairs officer.
He has worked as lead counsel for clients in labor, Civil and commercial litigations in Rwandan courts of Law. He is a native speaker of Kinyarwanda, has excellent command of English and a working knowledge of French and Swahili.
He is a member of the Rwanda Bar Association East African Law Society (EALS) and one of the founder members of Youth Association for the Promotion of Human Rights Frank has attended many trainings and obtained different certificates including a Certificate in Leadership skills and Human Rights among others.
